Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultants Responsibilities:

• Have fun!
• Provide our customers with a world class experience by performing high-quality, professional, knowledgeable, presentations and demonstrations of our inventories.
• Supply customers with product benefits and reasons to purchase
• Build rapport with customers
• Maintain Customer Viewpoint (Satisfaction) Scores greater than group average.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers through daily follow up.
• Follow daily work plans for follow up including phone calls, texts, emails etc.
• Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training, and welcoming of performance feedback.
